Privacy policy

OwlEstate runs the Building Operations Platform at app.owlconcierge.com.au for people who have been invited: staff, committee members, and residents.

When you sign in with email and a password, we store your name, your email, and a hash of the password. When you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive your name, your email, and the account id from that provider. We use those details only to match you to an invited account and to keep you signed in. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.

The platform also stores the building records your organisation enters, such as units, requests, bookings, and documents. People in that organisation can see the records their role allows. We keep this data while the account is in use.

To ask for a login to be removed, email naterac@gmail.com from the address on the account.
